What We Do
What We Do
At Treasures of the Heart Therapeutic Services, we utilize a person-centered approach with the belief that you control your course of treatment and the outcomes you wish to see. We are here to help you guide your own life in the direction you feel best suits you and create valuable experiences along the way. We support individuals experiencing trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and identity. We take pride in working with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, as it is an integral part of an individual's experience.
Therapy
Psychotherapy is a form of mental health rehabilitation that focuses on the individual's need for mental, emotional and spiritual stability. The human mind impacts our behavioral and physiological being, and is vital to our overall well-being. Therapy supports individuals to begin or continue this process and provides a space to identify, practice and live an existence you desire. We offer therapy to transitional aged youth 18-25, adults, couples and families.
Consultation
Consultation services are available to those interested in finding a resource to begin therapy or ask questions about therapeutic services individuals may need. We offer free 10-minute phone consultation.
